Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling distinct parts of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
